Bakoma needed to strengthen its position in Greek yogurt within a highly seasonal category, where Easter creates a sharp rise in demand and intense competition for shopper attention. The challenge was not only to grow the two featured hero SKUs, but also to make sure the activation translated into wider brand uplift across multiple Eurocash banners.

Solution

Together with Footprints AI’s Retail Media Network, Bakoma activated an Easter-timed campaign across Eurocash in-store and digital touchpoints. Digital screens and radio kept the hero SKUs visible in store, while mobile app notifications, app display and website placements extended visibility into planning and browsing moments.
