Carlsberg Croatia wanted to maximize the impact of Pan’s summer campaign along the Adriatic coast. With thousands of locals and tourists shopping daily in Studenac stores, the challenge was clear: stand out in a highly competitive beer category and convert visibility into incremental sales.
Solution
Together with dentsu Croatia, Carlsberg activated Footprints AI’s Retail Media Network across 270 Studenac stores. Using in-storedigital screens and radio, Pan was placed directly at the point ofpurchase, reinforced by the brand’s NCP gold bar promotion. Messaging was bold,simple, and tailored to summer shopping missions, from quick top-ups tostock-ups for seaside gatherings, ensuring Pan was seen and chosen when it mattered most.
Results
In just 21 days, the campaign delivered:
- +41.3% units sold
- +26.4% uplift in sales value
- +35.4% uplift in litres sold
- 6x ROAS
Representing only 3% of the total media budget, this retail media activation outperformed traditional channels by driving both visibility and measurable sales growth.
